It's hopeless.  I bought one from M1, screen overlapped, web didn't work, kept hanging and all this happened the day after I got the phone (had to get it fully charged before I could play with it properly).  Was majorly dinged-donged between M1 and palm.  M1 blamed palm and palm blamed M1.  As far as I was concerned, it was no one's fault but my fault for having bought the phone.

I stood my ground. Made h**l alot of noise.  Went up and down M1's store and also Palm's service centre.  In the end, I solved the problem.  But I really do hate the phone because the whole experience was so unbelievable.

The whole process took a total of 4 months (of which I was running up and down and majorly explaining and re-explaining the problem of the phone!).  I got 4 replacement phones.  

The final one that was fine was the 5th replacement phone.  

I have since given the phone to my brother and bought a HTC Tytn II.  I love my HTC!

My mom went to go get it and the guy said that pamls were the worst phone you could get and that they were nothing compared to the other phones.. try the ATT tilt its pretty good or go with Blackberry or iphone.
