How good is an Intel Graphics Media Accelerator?

Question

Can it handle some games? I'm not talking like state-of-the-art games. I'm talking like 3D games that are 5 years old. How does it compare to integrated ATI or Nvidia graphics cards?

I say intel is pretty good, they just showed everyone how wireless electricity works!

For anything dated the 3100 will be fine. Obviously integrated won't play Crysis at high but if you are talking things that have been around for longer than 3-4 years it should handle them just fine. If you want to PM me with the specific games I can help you out a bit further, but for the most part a 3100 can handle older stuff.

it is the basic graphics card --u can play some very low level games but thats about it
