How good is firefly stuff? I just bought a snowboard jacket and it seems excellent for the price?

Are they a sportchek exclusive brand? i don't see them anywhere else. seems like they have decent stuff. i just picked up a jacket for $150 and it seems pretty good for the price. seems to be on par with ripzone...

That seems a little steep for a non-well known brand. And also, you don't want your gear to last you through the winter. You want it to last through numerous winters. In my opinion, Burton makes the best gear. They are mainstream but I have tried almost all brands. I also work vigorously in my gear and it has never let me down.

i love firefly!

been wearing it for years and the only place i have ever seen them is at sportchek

vut from experience i know that they are amazing and will last through the entire winter

i have no idea about firefly.. but in reply to the comment above ^ burton makes horrible gear... my gloves were torn to shreds after 5 days of riding (burton pipe aand gore gloves) my burton ronin pants never really kept my butt all that dry,, soaks through...  I finally switched to dakine gloves special blend and 686 and couldnt be happier..
