How good is my fantasy football team?

Question

What's my playoff-ability factor?

QB: Brees, Rodgers

RB: Westbrook, Lynch, Julius Jones, Forte

WR: Moss, Houshmandzadeh, Calvin Johnson, Desean Jackson

TE: Shockey, Utecht

K: Folk, Gould

DEF: Minnesota, Buffalo

Positions are 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1TE, 1 RB/WR, 1 K, 1 DEF

10-team league, top 4 make the playoffs

If you don't make the playoffs, I would be shocked.  You have a very strong team...especially if Forte pans out.  The more I look at it, the more I question what the heck the other owners in your league are doing?  Are they 4th graders or something?  ;-)

You have a stud QB and one with nice upside, 2 top 10 RBs, 2 top 10 WRs (and CJ is right outside that---and Jackson is a great sleeper), 2 strong TEs, the best K and Def in the league.

The only recommendation I would give you is to drop Gould (no one needs two Kickers as it's a waste of a roster spot) and pick up one of the RB sleepers such as Hightower, C.Johnson, Hall or Perry (to name a few).

Good Luck...but I don't think you'll need it.

You rated mine, so I'll return the favor

First off, you're team would slaughter my team.....

Brees is prepped to have a monster year with an arsenol of weapons to work with (including your TE). Rogers will be a nice insurance policy and bye week replacement.

Your two RB starters are absolute monsters and you have solid backups. Nice there.

Three Teir 1 WRs, Moss, Housh, and Megatron will put up big time numbers this year, and D. Jackson might emerge as a nice sleeper.

Shockey's good and Utecht has been getting a lot of attention so far this preseason.

Folk is the best kicker in the draft, and Minnesota has Jared Allen, enough said.

You should definately make some noise with your team.

Not bad.  You don't need two TE, K, or DEF.  Pick up some extra WR or RB with those slots.  K are all pretty much the same, the best only will get you an extra point or two a week on average.  DEF are the same, the best will only get you an extra point or two as well.  As for TE, you could keep both, but you probably will only play Shockey.
