Ok first off i'll say your biggest weakness is that alot of your players are on the same team. Therefore bye weeks may pose a problem for you. I see 4 chicago and a couple Oak, and the oakland guys are on the same position. another problem. McFadden will get carries no doubt, and fargas will two. But neither of them are going to produce big numbers for you. Your set to go at K & DEF. I don't think you need 3 QB's. At the WR position, Hester's Special team points so he's going to produce a bit l. And once again you have him & booker, two players same team, same position. So overall you really need to work on not having so many players on the same teams, and if they are not at the same position.

go get a running back that is dependable, amani toomer is horrible he never gets the ball eli onl throws to plax, start chicago D, and if kick returns count use hester

it's a below average team. brett favre has some value so you might want to trade him away to a diehard jets fan or packers fan. amani toomer shouldn't be starting. hester should be because you said punt/kick return points count. plus he might see a large part of the offense. i realize that there's a lot of bears players on your team, the bears offense is weak so you might want to find better players. forte should be starting instead of jones. fargas might not get the load of the carries in oakland. you have lots to work on.
