  1. Not as good as the american theme parks but still quite good

  2. I stayed there with my daughter (then 16) 2 years ago on a special deal. It was certainly much better value than Disney Paris although not so big, BUT that means less tiring to get around. I believe they have added rides since then so better for older kids. When we went it was a bit tame for teenagers but my daughter still enjoyed it. Characters are from Universal and good fun.

Bonus of usually decent weather. Themed hotels around plus very reasonable other hotels not far away. Also there is a real town and the sea with a real beach. Only downside was I got a whopping parking ticket for not realising I was parking where I shouldn't. Beware, the signs are not very clear! (At leat you only pay half if you pay up on the spot). As we live in France I'd driven there in my own car and thought they might track me down!

  3. I have been to the park many times i go twice a year while on Holiday. It is fun for all ages and has a range of fun rides. The park has 5 different parts which are China, Far West, Mexico, Polynesia and Mediterranea which are all host to their own range of rides. PortAventura has their own website and that tell you what the park is about and details for the hotel this site is www.portaventura.es. The only down side to the park is the food, well it depends on what you like really, In Mexico and the Far West people from the park perform for you while you eat which is a up side to the eating experience. The best time of the year to go is Halloween because the park is decorated with big pumpkins and has scary characters walking around and a fantastic haunted house which doesn't appear to be what it seems inside. The worse time of the year to visit is during July and August as the queues for the rides are massive. I would rate the park 8/10 because of the brilliant shows in Polynesia and thrilling rides. I would definitely recommend the park to those wishing to give it a try.

  4. absolutlely fantastic! I thoroughly enjoyed myself there. Lots of things to do, you will be kept entertained!!

(although i went on that huge rollor coaster 3 times in a row... and felt sick after)!!!!!!

  5. My Mum and stepdad went there not so long ago, they said it was one of the best holidays they have been on, so if your thinking of going i wouldnt think twice!

  6. Great fun. We went a couple of years back with our two children. There is loads to do and it's not overcrowded. There is a water park there aswell but we did not have time to do that, so can't comment. With Ryanair flying into Reus, the flights are cheap and is really near to the park. Highly reccommended
