How good is ps3 online.

is it basically like xbox live.

do you think it'll have more people than xbox live in the feature.

amazing no lag unlike xboxlive its fre unlike xboxlive it dosent have ridicuosly overpriced downloads and it has a very big community perhaps not as much as xboxlive but i think 2 million around the world is quite reasonable

Well it's not better than x box live.

But it's getting better.

There is a chat room you make and invite up to 6 friends.

The online play is good and there a lot of people who have it.

Look I've never played a 360.

With Sony's push for online/internet features it will only get better.  When Home finally comes out if it lives up to 50-75% of the hype it will blow Live away.  This is even more the case if it is still free.  That is one leg up that the PSN has over Live.  It's free to get on.  RIght now I can't think of a PS game that charges you to go online and play the online portion of the game.

It is pretty much the same thing just without in-game voice chat.  In the future the Playstation online will destroy Xbox Live.  When Home comes out there is no way  Live will even come close to Playstation online.
