Chemical engineering totally sucks! It sucks like c**p! Blrgh! Agh! I can't even imagine how I managed to survive the entire college degree!

Engineers will always have some demand, as they are paid to figure things out.  Im in oil business and make good money.  Lots of flexibility in employment.

chemical engg. suddenly finds good job prospects now after a great lull of almost 7-9 yrs.....

Textile engg...is a dull job market in india....but has a potential if the person knows the right knowledgebase...for there is great things happening on fashion industry...but not percolated to general public benefit.....

So many advances in textile industry, but our surat textile industry is still in primitive stages......

you can learn and bring changes..... industry has requirement.....  better than chemical engg....but dominated by fashion designers.......chemical engg. more salary....textile steady salary....in comparision..
