How good is the Asus P5K Intel P35 chip set mobo ?

i am going to use it as a media centre pc......how is the sound card on the board ........this mobo cost £75.. at novatech ..is there any other mobos better for this price ........anyone is there mobo with onboard sound card and video card ..for media centre pc i am going to do lots of music ..so sound card shoild be good ..some HD videos..and i will play some car game slike NFS carbon, juiced

it is a very good stable board.  I installed the ddr3 version as a cad server for an archetectural firm last year and it hasnt had a single hickup (it runs 24/7).  I highly recommend it.
