How good is the ati radeon 3100 for playing new games like star wars and the settlers: rise of an empire?

I'm looking at the Toshiba sattelite: the one at best buy with the amd turion dual-core mobile processor. I'm also wondering how much RAM i should get for better gaming performance.

The HD 3100 has the same core as the HD 3200, for which you can view benchmarks in the attached link.

While it isn't going to be playing the latest and greatest, the games you mentioned aren't all that demanding, so I think it will be able to run them fine.
