How good is the parking for merchandisemart in chicago?

Merchandismart is in the downtown area which is very hard to get street parking in. Lots of parking lots around the area however.

I have parked there - parking is available, but expensive.  There are different lots and there is always some walking involved.

It's not that great. I would highly suggest taking the Purple Line of the CTA train to the Merchandise Mart exit. Much easier than parking and you can relax on the train. Who wants to be in the hassle of traffic and all of the effort that driving requires? It's so much easier to just sit back and relax in a train. Why stress yourself and drive? Just relax and take the Purple Line of the CTA to the Merchandise Mart.
