How good is this team??

tell me what you think and what i can do to improve. its a 10 team league (with obp and hr allowed as categories). I am currently tied for 1st, but my team hasn't been doing to good. best answer gets the most points availible!!!

I find it very hard to believe that this is your team. It is just too good, even for a 10 team league. If this really is your team I'm guessing you are way out ahead in some offensive categories, and may need to imporove your Ws , ERA, etc.

If you could post your points per category, I could offer more help on how to improve your team.

I'm still not understanding how you put this team together unless some people made some REALLY bad trades. Can you please clarify these questions so I can follow up, because I'm not sure this is a real team.

1) Hanley and ARod would have both been drafted within the first 5 picks, so how could you have got the other one with the 15th to 20th pick.

2) Sizemore and Ichiro would have both gone in the 2nd round, but since you took ARod and Hanley with your first 2 picks that means these two were taken in the 3rd and 4th rounds. I'm just now buying that they fell this far.



The rest of your draft I guess I can make sense of

5) Atkins

6) Cano

7) Bedard

8) Hamilton

9) Harang

10) Street

11) Ryan

12) Posada

13) Ollie P

14) Jobba

etc. etc.

I would upgrade the starters. Get rid of Harang, Liriano. Hamiltons value is huge right now because of the home run derby. You should be able to get a top starter, (Halladay, Sabathia, Dempster). In a 10 team league you should be able to grab an outfielder off the f/a list. I love Posada but I would try a slight upgrade there to. Good luck. You're team is real solid. Throw Hamilton out there and watch what happens!
