He's a good player, he's got pace and vision plus he is a talented kicker.

I think he's pretty good, more of a centre than an out-half but he's a bit on the light side in my opinion.

he is for england but i have watched him play for newcastle and he wasnt that good maybe him leaving and going to tigers might make him a better premiership player

He is a very good player at times espacially for england, as are all of his brothers. I have played against his younger brother several times.

Toby Flood is still learning International Rugby, he is a good player when he is on form, however he does not seem to be able to concentrate fully and give 100% for the whole 80 minutes.  He should be replaced still after at least 50 - 60 minutes, earlier if he is flagging or shows signs of difficulty.
