I have never tried it although it sounds scrumptious. I have seen it made by 3 different chefs on the food network. It's an interesting and creative way to prepare poultry.

to tell you the truth i think it is stupid you put a duck in a chicken then in a turkey and cook it .i mwould not waste my time trying it

it is a bit overkill on poultry
