It was great - I actually clapped my hands with glee when that poor lad just slid/blew off the track leaving him 6 seconds ahead of the pack!

I should berate myself for being so unsporting - but can't help grinning!

I loved the way the crowd went quiet for the last few laps. I was holding my breath too. didn't want to jinx the boy.  its hard to believe he hadn't really ridden the track before this weekend. awesome ride, more to come from him im sure.

He was amazing! It was a great race and what Scott did was just incredible. First podium and it is in his home gp! He has to be really proud of himself! Imagine how he feels...
