How good will a dirt track will work out in hyderabad?

i am an architectural student with my thesis project as dirt track ( for bikes). i really need to know some concrete details of the same. like the climate required , accessibility, requirements , etc.

I guess from the lack of answers here that a dirt track wouldn't be too viable (or if it was - here is not the place to advertise it!)
