How good will the sound be?

Question

Once I have the money, I'll be installing only the front door speakers....Pioneer 6 1/2 component speakers...but I'm not getting a deck yet, I'll save up later for that, Will the sound still be good, but I know it'll sound better with a deck but I hope its good enough with just the stock deck for now on, and I wonder if it'll ruin the speaker if the stock deck dont match with the improved speakers

In all honesty, I would save up for the deck first because that way you can tinker with the stock sound system settings first. Believe me, that makes a HUGE difference. Like I can't even describe how much better it sounds when you get the deck. If you get the speakers first, then you can't really adjust the sound. You need to get the deck first, then get the speakers down the line (if you need them :p)

No it wont ruin the speakers unless something is wrong with the stock deck, yes it will sound better than stock speakers, yes it would sound better with an aftermarket deck, yes it would sound even better with an amplifier.

I agree with first respondent: get the deck first.  Don't believe pplz who say their sound system is mad with a stock deck - the deck is the most important part of the system.

Check out Pioneer DEH P2950/3950/4950 - best value decks on the market.  

You can damage the speakers if you do not provide them with enough power.  I damaged my MTX fronts (which were rated at 60w RMS) because I was only giving them 22w RMS.  However this was because I turned the deck up almost all the way.  

My suggestion is if you don't take my advice and get the speakers before the deck, don't turn the deck past 80%.

NO a stock radio will not interfere with your speakers well it wont be as loud but it will still work all you have to do is get a 10$ adapter if u have subs.  If your wondering how i no this I hav a stock stereo in a 2000 f-150  with some 10's and it hits HARD AS h**l
