Question:

How hard do you find... the change from sleeping early rather then summer hours. Sleeping at 12am-4am lool???

  1. Yes very hard! That happens to me, so I end up sleeping in the afternoon and feeling so tired before dinner time. Then I stay up until 2am and sleep till 12pm! Its really exhausting.


  2. lol, it's impossible!

    I usually end up staying up all night and falling asleep in the late afternoon or early evening. This causes quite a few problems though..

  3. It takes a while to get used to- but no matter what, you should always try to get at least 7 hours of sleep. I know on the weekends that's not always possible, but it makes getting up at 6am for school a lot easier. I'd say it takes a few weeks for your body to get used to it. Waking up early makes me feel better personally, because I have a full day- why waste it sleeping until noon?
