I have hard that it is the equivalent to being slapped by a person as big as Andre the Giant. Is this true, or is it even harder. And is there a way to become that strong?

  1. A lion is much, much stronger than any human. Even ten times stronger is a conservative estimate - lions are immensely poweful animals, and can break a human's neck with one blow of a paw. A single lion can wrestle prey weighing almost a tonne to the ground, throttle it to death, and drag away the carcass - this is a feat no human could hope to match. If Andre the Giant went head-to-head with a lion, the lion would be picking him out of its teeth in five seconds flat.

  2. If a lion's paw hit you it will probably scracth you too and you can't be strong enough to be like a lion.

  3. You know, I see a lot of these sorts of question..."such and such animal compared to a human in strength". They boggle my mind that anyone would be thinking a comparison was remotely appropriate.  I blame action movies for constantly portraying humans as a dozen times stronger and more durable than we really are.  Humans are not powerful animals.  Nor are we durable.  We are a species quite weak for our body size and easily broken compared to other animals of similar weight.
