How hard is findin jobs, skul, housing in Kelowna, Howe Sound, Nanaima, Saanich, BC? and also, Whistler. ?

  1. all those you mention are rural - mid sized towns and crime rates pretty low.  

    jobs are pretty plentiful in BC generally and Kelowna especially.  Howe Sound is very small. Whistler is very nice but very expensive too and most jobs there are tourist related entry level service stuff like restaurants and hotels etc..  Nanaimo is a nice mid-sized town.  Saanich is a sort of rural area north of Victoria so again not much in job way.  

    schools? depends university level.... Victoria, Vancouver, Kamloops, Kelowna all have post secondary.  Every area of BC has access to secondary and primary.

    Advise a visit to see the different areas and then decide.
