How hard is for a foreign doc to go work in australia?

hi, i'm a med student tht will graduate next year in spain. i'm interesting on going to australia and get my residence done there and eventually work as a doc there. how is the whole process to apply?

you would prosper here, our doctors surgerys and hospitals are full of foreigners, l know of one australian doctor??!!

I would say you will not have any issues. You might need to be out in the country areas though.

Australia is in the middle of a major skill shortage. Anyone who can offer to fill a position in any skilled area is going to be welcomed with open arms! Doctors are definitely in that category.
