  1. US requirements are that you have to have met personally within the previous two years of you submitting a petition for her to come here as your fiancee.  You also have to show proof of the ongoing relationship: letters, email, phone bills, pictures of you together during that previous two years.  Then it also depends on what her country's requirements are for obtaining a visa.  Fiancee visa petition is form I-129F and you can find the form and more information at http://USCIS.gov/

    Good luck.

  2. It is not hard, the process is long though. You need to file a petition through a US Consulate or Embassy if married abroad for her to become a resident. It is form I-130 but that has to be done once you are married. With this form, you must submit other documents like birth certificates, prove you can support her financially when she comes here (US doesn't want her to be a burden if she's not employed), etc.

If you want to marry in the US, then you need for her to apply for a K-3 Fiancé Visa and once she's in the US you have up to 90 days to marry or the Visa expires and she'll be forced to go back to her country.

The process takes longer if you are doing it in the US (about 2 years), but if you marry in Morocco and do the resident process there it could be faster. Good luck.

  3. You have to meet in person, at least once is the last three years before you can petition her for a K1 visa.

Once you do this, then you can file Form I-129F, the process will take about 12 months from filing.

As for a passport, she will need to research this information herself, the government department. which deals with this in Morocco would be a start.

    Hard, no. Time consuming, yes.

First step is to meet and document this meeting, photos, plane tickets, restaurant bills, keep a record of all phone calls, emails and letters.

Read the instructions to Form I-129F in the link below, so you know what you need to file the form.
