How hard is it to cash someone elses paycheck?

I lost mine and although i reported it they said it would take a few days to stop it for some reason...My question is this...how difficult would it be for someone else to cash my check...I didnt sign it or anything and from what i heard with all the fraud lately they are really cracking down and check IDs for cashing checks...Im going crazy waiting to see whats going to happen....should i be worried or will it be extremely unlikely that someone could cash it?

Fraud happens and unfortunately, yes, you should be worried. But then  if you reported it on time maybe you'll be lucky.

Very difficult, but that will not shorten your waiting time.  You have nothing to worry about except your company may charge you for your carelessness,.

You reported it.  Your employer has stopped payment on it.  Your employer will issue you a replacement check.  It is no longer your problem, but is in your employer's hands now.

Be more careful with your paychecks, your wallet, checkbook, ID, etc.  You must be constantly aware of what you are doing.  A moment's inattention or idiocy can cost you dearly these days!

It should be very difficult.  But you don't have to worry about that.  If you notified the company immediately, they should have stopped payment on that check and issued you a new one.  

One suggestion: if your company offers direct deposit, maybe you should look into that - then you can't lose your check.
