How hard is it to change the belt in a 99 plymouth voyager , 4 cylinder ?

  1. What belt are you referring to?

    The accessory drive belts or the engine cam timing belt.

    Drive belts are relatively easy compared to the cam timing belt, which does require a 3 jaw puller to remove the front lower crankshaft pulley.
