  1. its not so hard if u do ur work hard

and always research 60% of what u need to know u have to find it out by your self

  2. You have to have 100% enthusiasm for your subjects.  Do all your work, listen well, if you don't understand something definitely ask 'til you do.

Tough, but easy if you've got the motivation.

  3. its possible, but you need to put a lot of work in

  4. depends on how hard-working you are

    its tough but certainly possible

  5. NOT HARD AT ALL, jus need to no how to balance social and work life.

  6. It depends how badly you want it.

  7. I agree that working hard will help, you also need to be in the top ..% to get the best marks in exams. So whilst working hard will help you achieve your best it may not necessarily mean you will get the top marks that will depend on how good/intelligent/clever you are.

  8. Yep, it's hard - but medicine is harder.

  9. I think the minimum requirement in the UK is now AAB for medicine, and minimum of a B in any subject taken to AS Level. This is because of the COMPETITION in application numbers, not because the degree itself is really hard (although I won't lie, it is a lot of work!).

Work hard for your A-Levels and you should get the results (if I can do it, really anybody can!!) - practice papers, past questions and lots and LOTS of hard work. A-Levels are harder than anything I have ever done in my medical degree, no joke! Also, make sure you get relevant work experience and take something from it (apart from a 'so I followed a consultant for 3 weeks and medicine is so cool and glam' sort of attitude). Medical schools also want to see extra-curricular committments, such as volunteer work, sports teams, hobbies etc, as they have no other way of differentiating all the straight A students who apply. You also need to perform really well at interview, except maybe for Southampton, who I believe still don't interview their students.

  10. You have to study for more than 11 years to become a Specialized doctor. You should be brilliant and hardworking.
