How hard is it to get a job now than back in the day?

I don't know where else to ask so give me a break.

Nowadays, high paying jobs have a lot of requirements that needs to be done before putting your foot in the door. What has happened over the years?

I'm sure back in the day, people could get high paying jobs with less requirements. But now, its getting ridiculous. If you're born before 1960, how easy was it to get a high paying job?

i know what your saying, way back in the days things were done different, oppurtunity in that passage of time.......those days are sadly gone forever

High paying jobs have always come with a lot of requirements, that's why they're high paying jobs.

I was born before 1960.
