How hard is it to get a visa to go work in Europe?

I'm a US citizen and I want out of this country. Can someone explain the steps necessary to obtaining a work Visa for the EU. Thanks!

The very easy way is "marriage with EU person" then move to EU"

But for secure step, visit  EMBASSY website .

The important thing is "  u must have a work order by EU company and u have to show the written letter to the Embassy Office to get your work visa".

Less than it .... no possibility.

There is no such thing as an EU work visa. You get a work permit in a specific country for a specific company. If you include details on what country you are thinking about I may be able to help further. Every country has diffent ways of doing it.

It is quite hard for US citizen (well for anyone outside of the EU plus a few other European countries we have agreements with) to qualify for a work permit. The employer has to prove they cannot find a European to do the job.
