How hard is it to get caught for streaming audio off of youtube? Is it legal?

I guess I should say "downloading"...I have a program which converts the audio into MP3 for Itunes.

I have that

and I'm pretty sure its not against the law because i looked up "isquint" on the apple homepage  and they recommend it so i guess its ok.

If your not talking about Isquint than get it because its not illegal

By streaming, do you mean adding it onto another website? If so, then they actually provide a 'tag' code to place it on your websites, so it isn't illegal.
