How hard is it to get into Mensa?

I got 1270 on my SATs in 1995. I'm really good at puzzles. I also like to have s*x with smart people. (Osmosis right?)

a score of 1270 puts your IQ at around 132 which would pretty much would qualify you to take the Mensa test and probably pass it in order to become a member.  The downside is that you have to pay to take the test.  Years ago they offered a free practice test on-line that you could take.  I took it and passed with flying colors and that was good enough for me.  I have no desire to be part of a club that has a bunch of big ego's running around all full of themselves.  Mensa now offers a practice test that they will send to where you live for around $18.
