  1. It's not hard at all if you know how. On the other hand, if you don't you're in for a lot of busted knuckles, scraped shins and cracked elbows until you learn.

  2. first of all its grinding a handrail on a skatebosrd and i would do about a 6 stairset handail and try a bs boardslide. to get onto it you want to olliefar out so you get a lower part of the rail.

  3. gotta have to be able to ollie rails height and maintain balance while on it.(thats the hardest part)

  4. How you know you're ready?

Can you grind a normal rail? Try that first...much less likely to hurt yourself even though you'll have to ollie higher...

I've never actually attempted this myself, but it makes sense if it is less stairs, that way you don't have to grind as long and if you fall you might just fall on the leveled floor instead of the stairs.

You're right to be scared though...that is freakingh hard and you will definitely fall a couple of times...wear pads the first few times is my only advice (even though pads are really g*y)

  5. My boyfriend broke his arm doing that just last week!

and after he broke his arm his friend went down about 20 stairs handrail and he did it really good, no spill at all.

My boyfriends mistake was he put too much balance on the wrong side of the board.

I tried and got down about half way before I slipped up and fell...

just takes good balance & I would try a smaller staircase at first  just incase

& yea my boyfriend just said himself to be careful cause it can hurt like h**l when you fall
