How hard is it to install subwoofers in a car?

Question

I already have a nice pioneer cd player and nice pioneer speakers, but I want subs... is it hard to install? I need an amp with sub woofers right? i just have a little honda civic so I don't want anything too strong, but just enough to make my rap and rock music bass sound good, right now it just sounds weak and wimpy. Any help is welcome...any good websites, too.

that website is very help full it will tell you all you need to know about installing subs and yes you will need an amp and if your just looking for something that sounds good some basic 10s or 12s should be fine one kicker cvr should be plenty of bass you have any more questions you can get me on yahoo im

Well its pretty d**n easy once you kno what you are doing. I mean putting the subs in the box is pretty simple. Wiring them in either series or parallel to get a certain load can be tricky if you dont know about wiring. Also running the ground wire, power wires and remote wires and RCA cables can be a pain sometimes so if you dont know how to do any of that i would have a professional install it for you. But if you want to save more money then read up on it and it should be all good.
