How hard is it to learn coffee mixtures at Caribou Coffee?

When your an employee at Caribou Coffee or Starbucks how hard is it to remember the mixtures and simply just to make the frappacino etc?

It' not the recipes, it's who works there that is the problem Ever notice how super cheerful they are so early in the morning, kinda scary.
