How hard is it to make lots of friends(I'm 21-yrs guy) if I go 2 grad school in Denver but don't know neone?

I'm moving to Denver to go to grad school at Regis University but I don't know anyone who goes to Regis or anybody in Denver at all. Will it be easy for me to make a lot of friends? What are some good ways to do that? It's easy in college as an undergrad because of dorms and freshmen events and things like that but what about as a grad student in a city where I don't know anybody?

It is REALLY easy to make lots of friends. Just be friendly, talk to people, treat everyone with respect, and most importantly- get involved! Join clubs, academic organizations, go to parties and group meetings, and participate in class. You'll make friends in no time.

If you workout or play sports, I would join some rec leagues. and obviously in your classes you'll be able to meet some people, which will know others, and so on...
