How hard is it to run 40 minutes?

Question

the most i have ran is like 20.

but probably if i really try i can run 40 minutes.

im gonna have my ipod with my favorite upbat songs.

what do you think?

There's no reason not to try. If you don't make it, think about the fact that you're doubling the highest amount of time you've ever run. Keep trying and it'll get easier and easier.

Heart Pumping Techno. Try to use an online program that lets you put them together so their is no pause. Let your mind flow freely, and your legs run!

not hard for me i have ran 3 hours on a treadmill before just listen to music or a movie

Not hard at all. Just concentrate on the song and your surroundings. it'll go fast.

It depends how fast you go. If you keep it at a very easy, steady pace, you will feel great. If you go for a fast race pace, it can be tough. If you just want to run 40 minutes, start out slow and keep a steady pace and increase from there

it's not really that hard if you run about 3 times a week for about 25-30 min non stop your going to see results. just pace your self and be hydrated

ask long as you running abilities are good you should have no problem. the music will make time go by quickly.

it depends if u run on a treadmill its easy because ur staionary and every step is exactly the same. if u run outdoors it might be more dificult due to diferent types of ground. i mean if u run and keep going at a steady pace its fairly simple. if u stop though u wont be able to keep going so dont stop

very easy just read a book or music and take your mind off it? easy as just DONT STOP!

You'll be fine. Just pace yourself and don't use all your energy in the first half of the run. You may need to go slower than usual, but that's understandable.

You can probably do it if you pace yourself.  Don't try to go super fast, just concentrate on finishing the whole 40 minutes.  good luck!
