  1. It depends on your disposition and your,I'm sure, genuine dedication. The Prof has a high "burn-out" rate, but I've met children with special needs and disabilities that could teach all of us a lesson-inspiring individuals.I had a GF for three years a long time ago,who came home with bruises. Her Dad had a sit down with ME over the bruises,i ended up having to get them to communicate better

  2. its not about it being hard...its sumthing u can do only if u really wanna do it n not for the sake of it.it s obviously challenging... ull need a load of patience...2 do sumthing like dat, u need a very strong mind and the will to do it

  3. It depends on the needs and the disabilities you are working with.

It also depends on how much you enjoy working with kids.  I have worked with kids who had special needs and disabilities (autism, Downs syndrome, paralysis, auditory problems, etc. I loved the kids, so the challenge was worthwhile and fulfilling.

The most difficult, however, were some of the severely autistic kids. It was difficult in the sense that, I got physically assaulted (head butted, hair pulled, scratched) a couple of times.
