How hard physically is navy bootcamp now?i have a shoulder issue will that hurt me?

Navy physically isn't that hard, it's more mental than anything.

However, I do have a question for you? Have you enlisted and passed MEPS? If not, then don't worry, it is possible you may need a waiver if your shoulder does indeed bother you and you have medical documents on it, it can disqualify you if the waiver doesn't work out.
