How hard would it be to change tail lights on a 96 s10?

wondering if it would be easy to swap out the stock tail lights for some aftermarket ones.

Not hard at all.  Take the screws out and carefully remove the assembly.  And replace the new one as you took the old one out.

Open the tailgate and there are two screws. Remove the screws and carefully remove the assembly.

Pretty much the easiest thing you could think of.
