How hard would it be to sabotage an e-mail system at a Lodge?

I'm just wondering how hard would it be to sabotage an e-mail system at a Lodge? Just recently our computer system has spywear on it! I'm not sure if we just clicked on a bad infected e-mail or what but I think somebody just sabotaged it. How hard would it be to that? And how can we fix it?

It doesn't matter, you get a professional in there to fix the problem.  You don't ask strangers, some of whom would be only to happy to help you muck things up even more.
