  1. He helped me slay my many enemies while allowing me to hear the lamenting of their women and children.

  2. CROM?! All these years I thought they were saying "Crumb"! I thought Conan was saying he had a crumb for a god. Now it all makes so much more sense...

  3. He is strong! If I die, I have to go before him, and he will ask me, "What is the riddle of steel?" If I don't know it, he will cast me out of Valhalla and laugh at me. That's Crom, strong on his mountain!

Crom laughs at your four winds. He laughs from his mountain!

  4. I have the Anvil of Crom playing on my iPod when I do dishes sometimes.

  5. Crom expects me to help myself.  He is a remote warrior god, with his own mythic fights to consider.  He has no time for a tiny little book keeper like me.

  6. He has helped me to crush my enemies, to see them driven before me, and to hear the lamentations of their women.

  7. answer: since Crom is fictional, not much except inspire me to seek out the gods he was based on and find the religion that honors strength, honorable living and being true - Heathenism.

    Hail the Gods!

  8. I haven't starved to death because I eat a lot of Cromcake when I visit Ireland.
