How has the state of Illinois been improved by Barack Obama?

He was a community organizer, lecturer, attorney and senator since 1985. How has the state or community he has worked in for 23 years better off than when he started? How has it changed?

    keeps the economy in check, insurance companies are paying for all the thievery.

  3. Not near as mush as Alaska has improved under Palin.

    She took on the corrupt republican establishment in her state and won. She has an unheard of 80% approval rating.

    She taxed the oil companies in Alaska and gave a $1200 tax rebate to everyone. She is doing such a good job as Governor that the state has a surplus which she returned to the people of Alaska.
