Well, this dominance you talk about is only economical survival linked dominance... let me explain.

The US owns a lot of companies that have facilities in Latin America, representing a big % of their job market and representing also the middle class in their separate countries because they make money in dollars, this has been good for the last 100 years because the dollar had gone up against latin american currency...

At this point in time, china is taking the US's part as the big buyer and the big job giver... and at the same time the dollar is taking a drop against the Euro, ergo, also against other currency.

We have to face it, the leftists have always been there, the thoughts and the ideology has been there for centuries...

What is the diference??? Latin America , for the first time in history can say that they could live without the US as an economic partner or employer or buyer...
