  1. Not a whole lot; studies have shown it is the other way around.  Movies are violent because that is what people pay to see and reflects an already violent society.


  2. Yes.  Most people are desensitized to violence. Due to the lowered level of civility, the lite genocide of the people who own the media and entertainment outlets have accomplished their objective.

  3. They're bored with it, switch over to news of Jolie or Cyrus...
