How have I to set up Outllook 2003 in order to get correctly aligned columns in a post from a YahooGroup ?

I often post messages to a particular YahooGroup with columns of numbers. I use a fixed width font. It's OK on my screen, the columns are correctly aligned when I send it. When I see this message which Yahoo sends to me as a YahooGroup member, it's a completely different layout in that it's misaligned and therefore difficult to read. What I don't understand is that other members receive it in the same layout as I sent it, i.e. correctly aligned !!!

Can anybody explain to me what I'm doing wrong and what I have to do !

It depends on the font. Choose a font that has NON-proportional spacing, and it will work.
