In the City of Chicago, the Democrats control everything.  They have successfully put caps on property tax increases in the city.  The problem is that schools are mainly funded by property taxes.  Now they are claiming racial discrimination because the schools are poorly funded.  Without education, how are the people supposed to be able to support a family?

  Prior to the Civil War blacks were owned by people who were primarily members of the Democratic Party.  Now minorities and the underprivledged are once again in the grips of a leagalized form  of slavery basically indentured servants to their masters in the Democratic Party who see them not as people but more as mis guided and unfortunate children who need their guidance and help.  And even worse they are seen as mere blocks of votes by those that bought them off.

All of the above are true and sadly it appears as though it'll get even worse should the liberals get into office.  Something has to be done, other than government handouts and it must be done from within their own race without calling the helpers uncle Toms.

Hence, the problem we have today in the Black family.

But what really gets me is every 4 years, the democrats waltz through the black churches with their collection plates and somehow, someway are able to con them into paying for this kind of disrespect.

Welfare and food stamps. They encouraged black men and fathers to leave the family unit so the female and Mom could qualify for welfare and food stamps, free or subsidized housing and other goodies. It's very sad.

Set up a welfare program that made it pay to have no father in the family, thus destroying the nuclear family.  Lowered their self esteem by handing them free housing, food etc.  Telling them that nothing is their fault and it is all some evil white male attack against them.
