With few exceptions, politics is the main ingredient used by the courts to interpret the constitution----oh,,how much better off this nation would be if we could have "strict constructionists" setting on all the courts in the land.

WIth absolute corrruption.  Supreme Court and Federal APpeals Court Decisions that have stood for 200 years are being changed by Federal black robed activists (who call themselves judges).  Rulings hat they know would NEVER pass in voting booths are being legislated from benches.  God help the US to get Constitutional Judges back behind the benches.
