How have the Mcanns escaped child neglect charges,how is it possible for the law not to charge them ?

The answer is simple > what the law says about neglect differs greatly from personal views of vindictive individuals here. If any any anti McCanns want to see real examples of neglect I have a host of them to show. An error of judgement by law does not constitute neglect.

Even if they are completely innocent of harming her, they night after night left there own babies alone, so someone was obviously watching them and kidnapped the poor girl.

The McCanns are the most loathsome and evil couple alive today. They have an arrogance to take your breath away and should be shot at dawn.

The Portuguese Police have given up only because they want closure to the despicable crimes of the McCanns and lets not forget their cronies who have lied to cover them. Portuguese law is not as straight forward as it should be and the methods of investigation are a little suspect at best.

The McCanns are guilty as h**l and at least should be charged with neglect. If the McCanns think they have got away with the blame they are sadly mistaken.

i hope you kid doesn't have a tantrum in a supermarket one day and wanders off while your pricing the wine, or losing your kid in crowds while your talking to your friend, or anything, it was very unlikely that Maddie would have got kidnapped, just like its very unlikely that most other people who have been kidnapped have been so. just hope you get enough support and sympathy if you lost your child.. what you give is what you get??
