  1. nope.  spending all I got

  2. easy by not wasting money -

they will get worse,  then the rich will get richer and the poor poorer,   then at some point, humans will end up like the dinosaurs......enjoy.......

  3. I'm not expecting the world economy to improve just yet, having said that USA's trading has improved more so than was expected, so things aren't too bad. I'm from the UK and having the most expensive petrol in the world i think we don't use cars as much as say they do in the USA or other places.  So for me i use my bike as much as possible to go to work or down the pub.  I also have down graded my branded products from the supermarket, at first it was a nightmare but saving £50 a week on shopping has made me become used to it.  Also instead of going out all weekend i have taken to getting people to come around for a BBQ, this has saved me so much money.  I also normally would spend a couple of quid on video games, now i just don't look at any adverts to do with games or DVDs, that has saved a lot of money.

  4. i havent cut back, as such, but if i dont have the money to pay for things cash i do without

  5. im in england and iv not cut back at all iv gone the opposite way

  6. If I don't have cash I don't buy it.  And in my monthly budget I include  saving as if it was another bill. Hence..the amount I save is already in the budget.

The world is a very different place now...it's hard to say if it will improve. With China and India  also planning on using huge amount of oil I think things will go from bad to worse. Hint: keep your money under your mattress........

  7. Bought a bike and I've been riding it.  I live in such an isolated town that nothing is open except grocery stores when I'm not working.  I'm putting money back for the future because we know it's going to get worse.

Consider the ice cap.  It's nearly gone up into the atmosphere and it is coming down on the country.  That's where we get the flooding.  And now all that water is rushing to the sea....

  8. I drive less, buy only necessities, and no vacations planned.

    live in the northeast

    expect things to get worse..

  9. I work in the Mortgage industry, expect things to get slightly worse before they get better, already increased interest rates 4 times this month.

Hav'nt really cut back on anything personally, still getting the same salary as i was before the market slide.

  10. Im in England- havnt got to the point where I am cutting back but Iv definitely noticed I have a lot less 'spare' money in my account for lifes little luxuries
