  1. It costs me $600 to drive my work vehicle, each day.

Seems like $40 isn't all that bad at all.

  2. monticello ny 4.25 is the average price

  3. I live near Raleigh, NC. I payed $3.99 a gallon today. I try different routes to find the easiest and fastest way to work. I bring a bagged lunch so I don't have to drive to a fast food joint. I also drive slower and do easier starts off the line. Keep the maintenance up on the car and check the tire pressure.

  4. I have been getting 85mpg for 15 years I drive a KYMCO motor scooter my husband only drives motor bikes

  5. out here in L.A. our gas prices are $4.63!!!!!!!!! I say EVERYBODY boycotts gas for at least an ENTIRE day. That would bring the prices down right??? someone is making some serious bank at our expense!!!!!! grrrrrrrr!!!!!!!

  6. There's not point in worrying about gas prices in my opinion.  You have to decide whether or not it's worth it to drive and spend money on gas or use other modes of transportation to save.  Personally, I haven't really had a major issue dealing with the current gas prices.

Gas is around $3.95 in my area, more or less depending on where you go.

  7. I'm in a fortunate position.  I can walk to work, to the store, etc as I live in a fairly small place.  I think that if I had to drive, I would try to car pool, use public transportation (there's none where I live), try to work 4 10 hour days instead of 5 8 hour days, bike, or buy a gas friendly vehicle.  Gas in this area is $4.03 to $4.10 but then I'm in a tourist area.
