It's the regular Korean rice cracker. Round, the color is yellowish, and it melts in your tongue. The store that sells it says that it has no calories and no sugar added. So, this should be very healthy right? ANybody knows the serving portion of this? Because I usually eat more than 5 at once for snack. What is it made of?

Thank you!!

  1. its made of rice starch. There are so many varieties of rice cracker you will have to be more specific. Are there cracks on the surface? How thick is it? I believe rice crackers generally are just empty calories- their 100% carb which will turn to sugars in your body anyway. They have no nutritional value whatsoever. Usually a general rule is, if it tastes good it must be bad for you!

  2. have no idea. never thought of that before. but if its just made out of er, rice starch, how bad can that be? maybe they put artificial flavoring, and that might be bad. but 5 a day, wow dude, you should slow down on that.
