Order one of the dvds that are free via their ads on tv.  You are asking the right question when you inquire about the weight of an exercise machine of any type.  The heavier the better.  It tells you have well the machine can withstand  stress from repetitions.

Most are between 180 and 250 pounds.  A few models are as much as 350 pounds.

The S3000 is more of a comercial type model, it's about 400 pounds.  So it depends on which one you mean.  You have to do a little reasearch, if you just pick it up and stand on the scale, you won't be able to read the numbers.  Some places on the net list the weight.  you can call the manufacturer, they have the weights of all the models.  They are made by Icon Fitness in Logan, Utah so give them a call.
